Rick Gray was born and raised in Modesto, CA. He attended Downey High School and MJC. He came to work for Stanislaus Implement & Hardware in 1990, after working for Save Mart Supermarkets. Rick is quite involved with everything at Stanislaus Implement, doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He believes in going the extra mile in everything he does including helping customers and serving others on the weekend.

Cliff grew up in the Ripon, CA area and served in the U.S. Army. In 1970, Cliff graduated with an A.A. from MJC with an emphasis in Agriculture Business. He also completed the Dale Carnegie course in 1980. Prior to coming to Stanislaus Implement & Hardware in 2007, Cliff held several positions with Mid State Manufacturing in Ripon between 1972 and 2000, including Field Service Manager and Field Service Coordinator. From 2001 to 2006, Cliff worked for J.M. Equipment Company in Stockton, CA, where he learned all areas of the Service Department and became Service Manager in 2002.
Jerry was born and raised in Merced, CA, attending Merced schools and graduating from Merced College with an AA in Mechanical Engineering. He began working in the agriculture industry in 1962 at Merced International before enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1965. Jerry served with the Navy for four years as an Aviation Mechanic on P-3 sub-buster aircrafts and then returned to Merced International in 1969, where he worked his way up to Parts Manager.
After Merced International closed in 1984, Jerry went to work in parts at N&S Tractor, until 1987, when he went to work for VIA Charter as a tour bus driver. Jerry came to Stanislaus Implement & Hardware in 1990, and has worked his way up to the Parts Manager position, which he has held for many years now.
In 1971, Joe began his career with Kraus & Noonan, a Massey Ferguson dealer, as a Tractor Mechanic. Vans Tractor became the dealer in 1972, for which Joe worked as a Mechanic and Service Manager until 1983. From 1983 to 1998, Joe went into business for himself and then came to work for Stanislaus Implement & Hardware as the Service Manager. In October 2002, Joe transitioned into a Farm Equipment salesman for Stanislaus Implement where he has built up his excellent orchard and vineyard experience along with mechanical problem solving.
Ken grew up in the Merced area. In 1972, Ken began working for Merced Ford Tractor. He moved over to Merced Hesston Tractor Company in 1986. Ken came to Stanislaus Implement & Hardware in 1992 and has been an excellent Hardware and Partsman ever since. He has particular knowledge and experience in Ford Hesston, Massey Ferguson, Case-IH, and Kubota parts.
Nate was raised in Hughson, CA and attended MJC where he received his 2-year Associates Degree. He continues to build upon his knowledge and skills, having gone back to MJC for several courses. Overtime, he has received certificates for Ag Mechanic, Heavy Machine, Basic Mechanics and Automotive Tech as well as other miscellaneous certificates.
Nate came to work for Stanislaus Implement & Hardware in 2007. Adding to his strong desire to learn, Nate has taken all Massey Fergusson online classes as well as all the Polaris online computer courses. In addition, Nate has attended schools for Agco, Polaris, Club Car and small engine and continues to learn whenever time permits.
Born and raised in Modesto, CA, Stan has worked in the farm and industrial equipment industry for over 30 years. Stan has spent 25 of those years with Stanislaus Implement & Hardware. As a Service Writer and Parts Tech for the company’s Service Department, Stan looks forward to serving both the customers and technicians with prompt, accurate and professional service.
“Vela” came to work for Stanislaus Implement & Hardware after graduating from MJC in 1987. He is responsible for a great deal of different tasks and loves the variety his job provides him, including setting up a variety of equipment from Polaris ATVs, farm equipment and club cars, to delivering and picking up equipment. Vela also acts as the company’s Hispanic interpreter.
Working as a Tractor Mechanic for Stanislaus Implement & Hardware, Matthew brings with him a considerable amount of equipment diagnosis expertise as it relates to the repair and maintenance of tractors and farm equipment. Matthew has worked as a Mechanic, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager at three different tractor dealerships since 1986. He also familiar with /C systems, Case IH, Ford, Kubota, and Massey Ferguson with a special knowledge on late Massey Ferguson Utility design Tractors.
Michael has worked for Stanislaus Implements since 2007 and currently works as part time employee in shipping & receiving while he attends MJC. His goal is to finish up his pre-requisites and get accepted into a nursing program.
Originally from Alaska, Carrollee came to California via the US Navy. Before coming to Stanislaus Implement & Hardware, Carrollee had never seen a tractor.
